Job summary

Anglicare WA is seeking a Service Manager, Youth Services to lead a large, distributed team across Perth, including the Foyer Oxford in Leederville. You will set strategic direction, strengthen partnerships, and drive service quality and innovation within residential, crisis, and outreach programs for young people.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a focus on culture, risk management and proactive workforce wellbeing, reporting to senior leadership and influencing state-wide youth

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant demonstrated experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for the Youth Services across Perth and Leederville.
• Drive engagement and sector-wide advocacy to shape policy and systems change.
• Ensure high-quality, safe, person-centred services and continuous improvement.
