Job summary

West Moreton Health is seeking a skilled professional to provide expert workplace relations and HR guidance across the organisation. The role focuses on complex casework, including industrial relations matters, enterprise agreements, and compliance with awards and legislation.

The ideal candidate will support HR Business Partners, exercise sound judgement, and use strong negotiation and communication skills to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, workplace relations, employment law or industrial relations.
• Knowledge of legislation, Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide accurate workplace relations advice and consultancy services.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to support the effective management of complex workplace relations casework in areas such as industrial relations, awards and EB implementation, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide advice and support to Human Resource Business Partners regarding workplace relations matters.
• Provide advice on more complex EB and Award interpretations to ensure correct application of entitlements.
• Under guidance of the Principal Workplace Relations Advisor, implement innovative solutions to address critical workplace relations issues.
