Job summary

West Moreton Health in Queensland is seeking a Workforce Analyst to provide expert advice to line managers and stakeholders on establishment governance and workforce systems. You will deliver targeted training on establishment processes and contribute to data governance improvements.

You will analyse complex workforce data to produce accurate reports and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making, while promoting continuous improvement and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience advising line managers and stakeholders on workforce governance.
• Ability to analyse workforce and establishment data to produce meaningful reports.
• Strong knowledge of legislation, Awards and Agreements relevant to workforce management.
