We value a restorative justice approach, prioritising early resolution, respectful engagement and rebuilding workplace relationships, with experience in mediation, facilitated resolution and ADR welcomed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing workplace complaints and investigations.
• Knowledge of NSW Health policies and procedural fairness.
• Experience in mediation or alternative dispute resolution.
