Job summary

QBE Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Workforce Analyst to shape workforce planning across Claims. You will forecast demand, develop capacity models and translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

The role partners with Finance, People and Recruitment to align plans and support changing business needs. Hybrid working offers flexibility between home and office.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end workforce planning, forecasting and capacity modelling.
• Experience within insurance or financial services is desirable, but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning methodologies, concepts and workforce demand drivers.
• Experience building and delivering workforce planning operating models and supporting associated change.
• Advanced analytical and scenario-modelling capability, with a focus on transparent and reproducible methods.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to clearly explain risks, dependencies and trade-offs.

• Model the workforce impact of portfolio growth, operating model changes, new business and other strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex workforce data into clear scenarios, insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with operational leaders and teams across Finance, People, Recruitment, Reporting and Analytics to align workforce plans and priorities.

Your new role

About You
