Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, nursing, or related field is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
• Strong knowledge of Tasmanian workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.
