Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Nursing or related field is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in workers' compensation case management.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims.
• Coordinate medical care and return-to-work programmes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
