Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Case Manager to oversee all aspects of workers' compensation claims within a self-insured framework. You will coordinate medical care, promote return-to-work initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple cases, while collaborating with providers, employees, and management to foster a safe work environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in workers' compensation case management, strong knowledge of relevant laws, excellent communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Nursing, or related field desirable.
• Experience in a self-insured environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers.
• Coordinate medical care and return-to-work programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe, efficient environment.
