Job summary

UST is seeking a Workday Certified Time Tracking & Absence Consultant to architect, configure and test Workday solutions tailored to client needs. You will mentor peers, support proposal efforts, deliver client demonstrations, and speak at conferences while ensuring successful deployment across projects.

Leverage deep expertise in Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll, leading and coaching deployment teams. Travel up to 30% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Current WD Time Tracking Certification.
• 4+ years configuring and implementing PATT solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
• Strong project management experience.
• Functional experience in Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn technology quickly.
• Willingness to travel +/-30%.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Workday Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking.
• Lead deployment tasks or coach others in requirements, design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer.
• Work with confidential data conversion teams to transform legacy data.
• Assist integration team with configuring and testing Workday integrations.
• Mentor new consultants and model professional knowledge.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate on team-based projects.
• Ensure client adoption and ongoing satisfaction.
• Provide regular status reports to project managers.
• Suggest innovative approaches to deploy Workday efficiently.
• Maintain Workday certifications.
• Ensure solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.
• Demonstrate problem solving and scalable thinking.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous education.
• Highlight risks to project health and client adoption improvements.
