Job summary

UST USource is seeking a Workday Test Analyst for Melbourne, Australia, to craft comprehensive test strategies and ensure quality across integration, end-to-end, regression, UAT, and data migration activities. The role emphasizes Workday Payroll, Absence and Scheduling modules with strong automation focus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software testing on large Workday implementations.
• Extensive Workday experience in Payroll, Absence and Scheduling modules; certifications are a plus.
• Experience with test automation on Web and API projects, preferably Workday-related.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC and Agile/Scrum.

• Develop test plan, governance model, quality gates, entry/exit criteria and test assurance approach.
• Plan and execute tests across system integration, end-to-end, regression, UAT, data migration, security/authorization, performance, cutover rehearsal and post-deployment validation.
• Participate in defect triage and quality reviews; report progress, coverage, defects, risks and release readiness to leadership with go-live recommendations.
• Support cutover, hypercare, knowledge transfer and transition of regression pack and test operating model to BAU teams.

Workday Test Analyst (Melbourne, Australia)

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing with experience in large Workday implementation projects.
• Strong experience in Workday with experience in Payroll, Absence and Scheduling modules. Workday certification in these modules will be a strong advantage.
• Experience in Test Automation on Web and API projects is an advantage with priority for Workday specific automation experience.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
