Job summary

Workday is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our Higher Education (Student) practice in Australia, specializing in Student Reporting. You will design and build reports, dashboards, and analytics for admissions, records, and student financials.

You will independently lead the reporting workstream on engagements, translating requirements into functional Workday outputs while collaborating with cross-functional teams across APAC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building reports and analytics within Workday or comparable SIS/enterprise platform.
• 3+ years of consulting experience leading customer-facing workstreams on complex implementations.
• Experience with Workday Student reporting (admissions, records, financials) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders to define reporting needs.
• Design, build, test custom reports, dashboards, and discovery boards in Workday.
• Advise customers on reporting best practices including security and performance.
