Job summary

Workday ANZ is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead deployments of Workday Student solutions for higher education institutions in Australia. You will guide student lifecycle transformations and advise on how Student can meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing or supporting student systems (SIS) in Student Records, Admissions and Recruiting.
• 7+ years of Consulting experience.
• Experience within the Higher Education industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide deployment of Workday Student solutions for higher education customers in your area of specialization.
• Provide student systems, higher education industry, and deployment expertise across the Workday platform.
• Lead discovery sessions and help shape project estimates and approach.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues within your specialization.
• Mentor and develop less experienced consultants across the practice.
