Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Reporting Specialist to join our team delivering financial management solutions and analytics across the Workday platform. You will engage with clients to design reporting strategies, implement dashboards, and ensure data integrity through Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards.

Qualifications

• Workday Reporting experience is a must.
• Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions across the Workday platform including HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting.
• Strong Workday Reporting experience including Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Dashboard reporting.
• Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics for data integration, transformation and reporting.
• Knowledge of Discovery Boards and best practices in data visualisation.
• Experience in an enterprise financials related role and solid understanding of financial accounting.
• Experience with an ERP (Oracle, SAP) in an Enterprise Financials environment.
• Desire to continue to learn deep Workday technology skills along with enhancing finance knowledge.
• Ability to take-on complex problems and resolve through collaboration.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to Clients and team members around the Integration and management of Workday Financials Reporting.
• Design and implement reporting strategies to meet business needs.
• Develop plans to integrate multilined reporting within Workday.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements.
• Advise clients on industry standards for Workday Financial Reporting to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.
• Demonstrate configurations through prototyping.
• Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
• Provide the Project Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Leverage prior related ERP experience and participate in training events to share knowledge.
