XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Workday Finance Specialist to drive financial operations using the Workday Financial Management system. Location: Australia

Location coverage includes Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, and Perth with a contract-based role. The candidate will configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, analyze releases, and provide training and end-user support to stakeholders across finance and IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financial Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.
• Workday certification (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, etc.) highly desired.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Workday Financial Management modules.
• Design and test Workday configurations and business processes.
• Analyze Workday release notes and recommend new features.
• Provide end-user support and training for Workday Finance.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and KPIs in Workday.
• Collaborate with IT and finance to align systems with requirements.
• Participate in Workday implementation and go-live support.
• Mentor junior team members (for Lead/Consultant roles).
