Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty is seeking a Workday Finance Specialist/Lead to optimize our Workday Financial Management environment. You will collaborate with finance, IT, and other teams to configure, test, and support Workday modules, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.

You will lead configuration efforts, analyze release notes, and support end-users while driving continuous process improvements and automation across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and General Ledger functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Experience with Workday Financial Management, including hands-on configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer and optimize Workday Financial Management modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Procurement, Projects).
• Design and test Workday configurations, business processes, calculated fields, and routing.
• Provide end-user support and translate business requirements into functional specs.
