Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking lead work pack preparers for our Oil and Gas maintenance team in Australia. You will lead the preparation for rigging, scaffolding and coatings/insulation scopes, interfacing with operations, maintenance and engineering to ensure accurate, complete work packs.

Your background includes electrical or mechanical trade certification, CMMS experience (SAP/Pronto/Maximo), and strong Excel/Word skills, with proven industry experience and excellent communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Cert or Mechanical Trade/Engineering Certification or Rigging & Scaffolding Certification.
• Proven experience within Oil and Gas or Refinery industries.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, Pronto, Maximo.
• Proficiency in Word & Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, vendors and subcontractors to obtain offshore maintenance info.
• Coordinate the review of work packs to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information related to estimating and work pack preparation.
• Develop and review work packs and resourcing estimations (labour and materials).
• Assist in identifying risk and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Report activity status (Schedule management).
• Assist with procurement and contract plans for activities.
• Maintain and develop knowledge base of maintenance management systems with CMMS daily use.
