Job summary

Monadelphous Australia is seeking an experienced Tradesperson moving off the tools into planning, in a hybrid Perth-based role. You will draft onshore and travel offshore to verify permits, working with maintenance planning and execution teams to gather information and prepare permits, templates and work instructions.

Bring Rigging, Scaffolding, and Rope Access licences with energy/refinery experience, CMMS/SAP familiarity and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy or refinery industries.
• Rigging, Scaffolding and Rope Access licences/certificates.
• CMMS/SAP experience and Permit to Work know-how.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; strong verbal/written skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with maintenance planning/execution teams to prepare permits, templates and work instructions.
• Provide execution readiness checks for work orders in short-term planning.
• Notify stakeholders of risks to permit readiness/material delivery.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver multi-discipline scopes (Mechanical, Inlec, Coatings).
• Identify permit template opportunities for PM and repeat CM work scopes.
• Conduct permit and personal isolation walk downs.
