Job summary

Wynns Coonawarra Estate in Coonawarra, SA, is seeking a Senior Winemaker / Site Manager to lead production of world-class wines while guiding site operations, safety, quality and sustainability.

You will oversee a diverse team across winemaking and compliance, manage budgets, partner with vineyard and commercial teams, and drive continuous improvement to preserve Wynns heritage within an ambitious global wine business.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wynns winery operation with safety, quality and financial performance.
• Oversee harvest planning, blending, classification and final wine quality outcomes.
• Drive strategic evolution, transformation initiatives and long-term site capability.
• Develop and coach high‑performing teams and culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, asset utilisation and production planning for cost efficiency.
• Represent Wynns to customers, partners and media as brand ambassador.
