CEA Technologies is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor with a strong passion for Work Health, Safety and Environment (WHSE) to serve as an in-house advisor and change agent. The role focuses on leading WHSE internal audits, connecting with frontline teams and leaders, and driving practical safety improvements across our operations in Australia.

You will assess compliance with WHSE policies and relevant legislation, provide evidence-based recommendations, and help turn insights into lasting safety

Qualifications

• Auditing experience in WHSE (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 familiarity an advantage)
• A curious mindset with the courage to ask questions and the empathy to listen
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and best practice safety systems
• Excellent communication skills – you can write clear reports and hold constructive conversations
• The ability to balance independence with being a trusted business partner

CEA is an Australian Commonwealth company that designs, develops, manufactures and sustains advanced active phased array radar systems. The Position
