Whiddon in Grafton (Northern Rivers) is seeking a caring professional to plan and deliver activities that support residents’ emotional and physical wellbeing, helping them maintain independence and mobility. You will join a not-for-profit family environment with supportive leaders who value wellbeing and recognise your contributions.

The role is permanent part-time, requiring at least 30 hours per fortnight and a Cert IV in Leisure and Health (or willingness to study).

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent, or willingness to undertake studies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities and programs to promote the emotional and physical wellbeing of residents.
• Engage with residents to understand their personalities and life experiences and tailor activities accordingly.
