Job summary

Dovetail is seeking a Senior Web Engineer to own dovetail.com end to end from our Surry Hills HQ. You will ship high-craft pages, own the architecture, and improve the platform behind the content that fuels marketing and growth.

You will work with Marketing, Creative, and Engineering to deliver production-quality experiences, improve content models, and drive measurable growth through AI-assisted workflows. This is a senior, in-person role with a strong focus on quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years building production web experiences.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser behavior.
• Focus on performance, accessibility, and semantic markup.
• Able to ship end-to-end web platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own dovetail.com including production health and technical roadmap.
• Ship high-craft web experiences for marketing pages and interactions.
• Build the platform behind the pages: components, content models, and workflows.
• Improve landing pages for growth: forms, CTAs, and personalization.
• Enhance performance, accessibility, and reliability across browsers.
• Build AI-powered web functions and guardrails for teams.
• Lead through code reviews, docs, and architectural decisions.
