Dovetail is building a team of product designers focused on crafting experiences, interactions, and solutions that reflect our high quality bar. This Senior Product Designer role emphasizes visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and scaling our design system.

The position is full-time and in-person first, based at our Surry Hills HQ with four days in the office per week. You’ll collaborate across product and engineering to ship high-impact features.

Qualifications

• Strong product design experience in B2B cloud software.
• Breadth across the design process from discovery to detailed design.
• Curious about AI tools and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer feedback in every decision.
• Design simple, intuitive product experiences balancing user, business and technical needs.
• Drive design through close collaboration with product, engineering and leadership.
• Prototype and pair with engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system.
