Job summary

Findex is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join the Go-To-Market team as a Wealth Solutions Partner in Sydney. You will lead discovery conversations, convert warm internal leads into Wealth clients, and work closely with Accounting and Wealth teams to deliver high-impact client experiences at the start of the journey.

You will enjoy flexibility with work-from-home options, a supportive team, and an uncapped earning potential as you build your client base and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a growth-focused Senior Financial Adviser role, having completed the FASEA exam and listed on the Adviser register.
• Experience in a professional services environment, working alongside Accounting, Tax or Business Advisory teams (desirable).
• Strong business development skills combined with a drive for growth.
• Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative approach.
• A driven, self-motivated and relationship-focused mindset, with a passion for meeting new clients and helping them achieve financial success.
• Ability to travel to Findex offices within the region.

Responsibilities

• Meet and engage with new clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
• Manage the client advice process from lead screening through to engagement, and own your pipeline against your KPIs.
• Partner with a team of trusted Findex Accountants and Wealth Advisers to unlock further advice opportunities within our internal client base.
• Develop joint account plans with our Accounting team to position our Wealth Management services.
• Connect clients with an Adviser for ongoing client work.
• Make the most of a steady supply of leads from our Inbound and Outbound programs.
