Job summary

Lawson Delaney in Sydney seeks a Wealth Solutions Partner to own strategy, client relationships and revenue growth across the region. You will connect high-value clients to integrated Wealth, Insurance and Lending solutions and be rewarded by outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end client engagements, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with specialists across Wealth, Accounting, Advisory and Tax to deliver sophisticated multi-dimensional solutions.

Qualifications

• A Financial Advisor with strong commercial instincts and a genuine passion for exceptional client outcomes.
• Proven track record of winning and growing revenue; comfortable with targets and driven by them.
• Skilled at building trust fast, identifying opportunity and closing strategic solutions.
• Curious, collaborative and relentlessly results-driven.
• Comfortable managing a territory with some travel across greater Sydney.
