Job summary

Findex is seeking a client services professional to support financial planning activities in a hybrid Sydney role. You will help onboard client accounts, prepare advice documents, and keep client data accurate, while coordinating with advisers and back-office teams to deliver timely outcomes.

You will work closely with investment platforms, manage transfers and contributions, and ensure high-quality service for clients and stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new client accounts, prepare and implement advice documents, and maintain accurate client information.
• Manage the practical side of investments: check asset transfers, process buys/sells, handle withdrawals and contributions, liaise with financial institutions.
• Collaborate closely with Advisers, Partners, and the Client Services and Corporate teams.
• Ensure everything touched is completed on time and to the required standard.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney, with hybrid working (3 days in the office).

What you'll be doing

• Helping onboard new client accounts, preparing and implementing advice documents, and keeping client information accurate and up to date.
• Managing the practical side of investments - checking asset transfers, processing buys and sells, handling withdrawals and contributions, and liaising directly with financial institutions.
• Working closely with Advisers, Partners, and the wider Client Services and Corporate teams.
• Making sure everything you touch is completed on time and to the right standard.
