International Search Partners in Sydney, NSW invites an experienced Senior Financial Adviser to lead client engagement from discovery through to advisory engagement. You will collaborate with Accounting and Wealth teams, manage a growing pipeline, and leverage inbound/outbound lead flow to grow client assets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Financial Adviser, listed on the Adviser register.
• Able to communicate with clients across all levels of advice.
• Driven, relationship-focused, and self-motivated.
• Passionate about meeting new clients and helping them achieve financial success.
• A strong collaborator with exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent business development skills combined with a drive for growth.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet and engage with new clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
• Manage the client advice process from lead screening to engagement and be accountable for managing a pipeline towards your KPIs
• Partner with the internal team of Accountants and Wealth Advisers
• Develop joint account plans with the Accounting team, to position the Wealth Management service
• Connect clients with an Adviser for ongoing client work
• Enjoy a steady supply of leads from Inbound and Outbound programs
