Job summary

You will resolve technical and operational wayfinding challenges in live, multi-modal transport settings, and manage site assessments plus design documentation to support improved navigation and customer experience outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large-scale wayfinding design and accessibility standards.
• Collaborative problem-solving, translating complex environmental constraints into effective solutions.
• Experience integrating design across transport assets to deliver clear customer journeys.
• Tertiary qualifications in design or equivalent field.
