Job summary

Enviropacific is seeking a Senior Service Technician to join the Water SA team in Adelaide. This full-time role covers onsite servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades across RO, UF, UV, MBR, DAF and PFAS systems, with a strong focus on safety and client liaison.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating and servicing water treatment plant processes.
• Hands-on, mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills (mechanical and electrical).
• Adaptable, confident and responsible.
• Willingness to travel for work within and outside SA, including remote areas.
• Able to confidently communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Capable of carrying chemical drums weighing approx. 15–20 kg.
• Willingness to obtain Police Clearance, First Aid certificates and other role-appropriate training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out onsite servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades to water and wastewater treatment assets across a range of systems.
• Perform onsite water quality testing, process monitoring, and system diagnostics to optimise plant performance.
• Service PFAS treatment plants including activated carbon, ion exchange and membrane filtration technologies.
• Conduct membrane inspections, cleaning, integrity testing and performance checks on RO and UF systems.
• Install, commission and optimise new treatment plants and equipment onsite and in‑house.
• Liaise with clients professionally, provide technical advice, and complete accurate service reports with data trends.
