AECOM's Water Infrastructure team is looking for a proven Water Treatment Process Lead to join our global network of water engineers. You will apply your expertise to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Australia and New Zealand within a supportive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (essential).
• 12+ years of water treatment experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of municipal potable water projects and guidance across complex programs.
• Established market presence with ability to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across municipal potable water projects.
• Grow our municipal potable water portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
• Build and maintain strong client, partner and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and contribute to major water treatment projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and develop engineers and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with ANZ Water Leadership and global experts to deliver leading solutions.
