Job summary

AECOM’s Water Infrastructure team is seeking a proven Water Treatment Process Lead to join our global team of water process engineering specialists. The role focuses on technical leadership across municipal potable water projects and growing our water treatment capabilities in Australia and New Zealand.

You will mentor engineers, deliver high-quality outcomes, and collaborate with a global network to provide innovative solutions for communities served. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in water treatment with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Collaborative leadership style and mentoring aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across municipal potable water projects.
• Support growth of municipal potable water portfolio across AU/NZ.
• Build and maintain client relationships and represent water treatment capabilities.
• Lead and contribute to major water treatment projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor engineers and attract top talent in the water treatment space.
• Collaborate with ANZ Water Leadership and global water specialists.
