Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Water Treatment Process Lead to join our Water Infrastructure team in Australia. The role focuses on delivering municipal potable water solutions, providing technical leadership, and guiding multidisciplinary projects for communities across the ANZ region.

You will mentor engineers, grow our water treatment capability, and collaborate with stakeholders to win and execute strategic opportunities, all while maintaining high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; professional engineering credentials valued.
• 12+ years in water treatment with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of municipal potable water projects.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and pursue opportunities.
• Collaborative leadership with mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and client-focused approach.
