Job summary
Northrop Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior Water and Sewer Engineer to lead a range of water supply and sewer infrastructure projects. You will guide project teams, own technical delivery from concept to construction, and collaborate with a diverse client base across residential, commercial and public sectors.
You will mentor graduates and undergraduates, contribute to hydraulic assessments, and support business development through proposals.
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in water and sewer infrastructure design.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
- Proficient in 12d, WaterCAD, Mike+ and SWMM.
- Strong hydraulic design knowledge.
- Ability to review technical designs and ensure constructability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical work across water supply and sewer projects from concept to construction.
- Lead project teams and manage client meetings.
- Assist with project costings and budget tracking.
- Mentor graduates and undergraduates.
- Support business development with proposals.
