Job summary

Northrop is seeking a Senior Water and Sewer Engineer based in Australia, with opportunities to lead multi-disciplinary civil projects across built form, road infrastructure and public domain works. The role offers autonomy from concept through construction and exposure to a wide client base across NSW, ACT, Queensland and Victoria.

You will mentor graduates, manage project delivery, and collaborate with designers, drafters and engineers in a supportive, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in water and sewer infrastructure design and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic design principles and utility coordination.
• Ability to review complex hydraulic models and documentation for constructability.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from concept to construction with autonomous delivery.
• Engage with clients and attend meetings to understand requirements.
• Assist with project costings, budgets and schedule management.
• Mentor graduates and undergraduates within the team.
