Northrop Consulting Engineers in Sydney is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead project teams and own the technical delivery of civil projects across built form, road infrastructure, and public domain works. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-graduate experience as a civil engineering consultant on built form projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognised university or institute.
• Experience preparing detailed design and documentation of roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks and stormwater drainage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil projects from concept through to construction and technical delivery.
• Mentor emerging engineers contributing to their development and the civil team’s growth.
• Client-facing role with close-knit management support to ensure project success.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team on projects across the built environment.
