Job summary

WSP Australia is seeking an experienced Water Servicing Coordinator to join our NSW Water Utilities. You will lead lifecycle delivery from application through completion, aligning with regulatory requirements while designing potable, recycled, wastewater, and stormwater assets.

You will foster client relationships, mentor project teams, and coordinate inspections, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Water Servicing Coordinator or related project management role.
• Sydney Water policies and regulatory procedures familiarity.
• Sydney Water accreditations (FIFM, W1-W3, S1-S2, C1-C4) are a plus.
• Comfortable using AutoCAD and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle delivery from application to completion with regulatory compliance.
• Design water assets across potable, recycled, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor project team and foster collaboration and technical excellence.
• Coordinate inspections and site visits; keep documentation audit-ready.
• Prepare FIFM plans, bonding, and Sydney Water applications.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and in full compliance.
• Collaborate nationally and globally on Future Ready solutions.
