Job summary

The Constructive Collective is seeking an experienced Water Servicing Coordinator in Sydney to oversee water servicing projects across development and infrastructure works. You will manage Sydney Water applications, approvals and related documentation, and work closely with developers, councils, consultants and contractors.

You bring a background in civil, water or utilities infrastructure, CPEng and C3, and a solutions‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in Water Servicing Coordination within the Sydney market.
• Strong knowledge of Sydney Water processes, approvals and developer requirements.
• Background in civil, water or utilities infrastructure projects.
• Confident managing stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• CPEng & C3 Required.
• Engineering qualifications will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate water servicing projects across a range of development and infrastructure works.
• Manage Sydney Water applications, approvals and related documentation.
• Work closely with developers, councils, consultants and contractors.
• Review designs and servicing strategies for compliance and project delivery.
• Keep projects moving by managing timelines, communication and technical coordination.
• Support and mentor junior staff where required.
