Job summary

Rose Atkins Rimmer in Minchinbury is seeking a self-starting water servicing coordinator who can work with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects in partnership with Sydney Water. The role requires proactivity and strong organisation.

You will manage the online eDeveloper queue, maintain client relationships, review policies, assist Project Managers and Designers, and coordinate with Sydney Water and other authorities to progress applications from initiation to finalisation.

• Must be highly organised with strong coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the online eDeveloper queue.
• Maintain existing client relationships and manage ongoing projects.
• Review Sydney Water policies and guidelines to advise clients or requirements.
• Assist Project Managers and Designers as required.
• Liaise with Sydney Water through all stages of a project from application to finalisation.
• Action and file correspondence to and from clients, Sydney Water, authorities and contractors.
• Coordinate with Sydney Water and other authorities.
