Job summary
Arup Australia seeks a senior water/wastewater engineer to lead planning, hydraulic modelling and delivery of network projects in Queensland. Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of professional experience in civil infrastructure.
- Current RPEQ in Civil Engineering.
- Substantial water or wastewater network-modelling experience.
- Experience in Queensland water infrastructure and SEQ Code.
Responsibilities
- Lead or independently deliver defined water and wastewater modelling tasks with minor oversight.
- Develop, update, calibrate and verify hydraulic network models and document assumptions.
- Conduct network capacity, servicing and staging assessments to support planning and design decisions.
- Ensure technical quality and accuracy of modelling outputs; assist QA of others’ work.
- Coordinate modelling inputs with multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, process).
- Prepare technical reports, model documentation and client-ready presentations.
