Central Highlands Water in Ballarat, VIC, is seeking a Senior Technical Officer – Distribution Water Quality to lead the delivery of water quality strategies across the drinking water network. You will manage disinfectant residuals, monitor tank and pipeline inspection programs, and take the lead in water quality incident responses.

The role requires leadership, knowledge of safety and regulatory standards, and the ability to mentor maintenance teams while developing real-time monitoring

• Relevant qualifications and experience in water quality management.
• Knowledge of water quality regulatory requirements and standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering water quality outcomes.
