Qualifications

• Experience leading stores, warehousing, logistics, fleet or facilities operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and governance.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvement and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the facilities team with empowerment and accountability.
• Oversee Stores, Fleet and Facilities operations for safe, cost-effective service delivery.
• Lead transformation of the stores function with digital systems and customer-focused service.
• Ensure materials, fleet assets and facilities are maintained and fit for purpose.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance safety, service and value for money.
