Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master of Engineering or equivalent.
- Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland (RPEQ) or Chartered (CPEng) is highly regarded.
- Experience delivering water infrastructure projects from concept to delivery.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of water infrastructure projects including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
- Manage business development through design to construction and oversee budgeting.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure quality, schedule adherence, and risk management.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers, fostering client relationships.
