Job summary

PCR Talent is seeking a Senior Water Engineer for TUFLOW Flood Modeller within a leading international multidisciplinary Civil team. You will tackle complex water-related challenges across Australia and beyond, focusing on hydrology and hydraulics with state-of-the-art modelling tools.

You'll collaborate with highly regarded technical specialists, benefit from a clear career pathway toward technical leadership, and contribute to high-impact flood and drainage projects.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree.
• 6+–10+ years of experience in hydrology, hydraulics, flooding or drainage engineering.
• Strong capability in hydraulic and flood modelling.
• Experience using TUFLOW, HEC-RAS or similar software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Genuine interest in developing technical expertise and contributing to complex project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Flood studies and hydraulic analysis.
• Drainage and stormwater design.
• Water and sewer network modelling and analysis.
• Stormwater management and water-sensitive urban design (WSUD). Hydraulic structures design.
