Job summary

Nexus Executive Services is assisting a Toowoomba-based client to appoint a Manager responsible for leading and delivering warehousing site operations with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive team leadership, budgeting, inventory control and continuous improvement across a major site.

• Senior supervisory experience within a fast-paced warehousing/logistics environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving ability with accountability for outcomes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/WMS systems; current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage safe, efficient operations of a major warehousing site.
• Ensure accuracy, customer satisfaction and goodwill across the portfolio.
• Oversee safety/compliance, maintenance, workforce development and budgeting.
• Drive inventory control, technology use and cost management.
• Develop and maintain management systems; monitor, evaluate and improve.
