Job summary

Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to join the Front of House team. You will provide professional, welcoming service, take orders, share menu knowledge, and deliver prompt, polished service in a luxury coastal hotel setting.

Flexible with weekends, evenings and public holidays, you will work closely with kitchen, bar and management to ensure seamless dining experiences for every guest while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service.
• RSA certification required.
• Flexible with weekends/evenings/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, welcoming, and attentive service to every guest.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, share menu knowledge and ensure prompt, polished delivery.
• Set up, maintain and clear service areas efficiently while following Haven’s service standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure seamless, enjoyable service for all guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe and comfortable dining experience.
