Job summary

BOUNCE is expanding its Victorian leadership team and seeks experienced Venue Managers to lead high-energy operations across Geelong to Hoppers Crossing. You’ll own performance, coach large teams and drive exceptional customer experiences.

This role focuses on people development, safety leadership, and commercial results, balancing guest satisfaction with budgets, labour and revenue. You’ll collaborate with area leaders to share ideas and raise regional performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fast‑paced, customer‑driven environments.
• Strong ownership, accountability and commercial awareness.
• Experience developing people and building positive team cultures.
• Excellent communication and able to lead from the floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPIs such as sales, labour, safety and guest experience.
• Lead, coach and develop large teams across venues.
• Manage venue budgets and revenue targets (P&L).
• Ensure safe operating practices and high standards of venue presentation.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to share ideas and raise performance.
• Oversee cafe operations alongside core venue performance.
