Job summary

BOUNCE is expanding its Victorian leadership team and seeks experienced Venue Managers to lead high-energy operations across Geelong to Hoppers Crossing. You’ll own performance, coach large teams and drive exceptional customer experiences.

This role focuses on people development, safety leadership, and commercial results, balancing guest satisfaction with budgets, labour and revenue. You’ll collaborate with area leaders to share ideas and raise regional performance.

Our Venue Management opportunities give you real experience across people, performance and operations. Depending on your role, you will:

• Lead or support the performance of a multi-million-dollar venue

• Coach, develop and inspire large, energetic and passionate teams

• Build the next generation of BOUNCE leaders through hands‑on coaching and development

• Drive sales performance, customer engagement and repeat visitation

• Balance customer experience, safety, labour, revenue and team engagement every day

• Oversee high-volume café operations alongside core venue performance

• Build a culture where energy, accountability and progression go hand in hand

• Work alongside other Venue Managers and leaders across Victoria, sharing ideas, celebrating wins and driving regional performance

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As part of our Venue Management Team, you'll play an integral role in the ongoing success of your venue.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving performance against key KPIs including sales, labour, safety, venue presentation, customer experience and team engagement

• Implementing strategies to improve performance and deliver results

• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and create experiences that keep customers coming back

• Being a visible safety leader and ensuring safe operating practices are consistently followed

• Leading, coaching and developing team members and future leaders

• Understanding customer feedback and turning insights into meaningful improvements

• Managing expenses and supporting the achievement of venue budgets and P&L targets

• Maintaining exceptional standards of venue presentation, cleanliness and operational readiness

• Being hands‑on with the team across customer service, daily operations and food and beverage

• Creating an environment where our team feels connected, supported and inspired to perform
