Job summary

Department of Resources QLD – Bundaberg QLD is seeking a Senior Valuer to lead a small team and deliver statutory, state land asset and client valuations across a diverse rural landscape. Based in Bundaberg (Maryborough considered), travel across Bundaberg and North Burnett regions is required.

• Experience as a rural valuer delivering statutory/state land asset valuations.
• Ability to lead a small team and mentor valuers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bundaberg/North Burnett regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small valuations team delivering statutory and client valuations.
• Provide expert valuation advice and resolve complex issues.
• Prepare Land Court briefs and appear as an expert witness when required.
• Foster stakeholder relationships and contribute to process improvements.
