Queensland Government's State Valuation Service seeks a Senior Valuer in the Wide Bay region. You will lead a small team, overseeing a substantial valuation workload and delivering statutory and client valuations.

The role includes resolving objections, preparing Land Court briefs, and appearing as an expert witness when needed. You will maintain stakeholder relationships, advise on complex land matters, and drive new valuation processes and tools to improve service delivery and capability

• Provide expert advice on complex land matters and continual process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small team while managing a significant valuation workload.
• Deliver valuations for statutory, state land assets and client purposes, and prepare Land Court briefs.
• Resolve objections and disputes and appear as an expert witness when required.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide advice on complex land-related matters.
• Implement new valuation processes and technologies and contribute to valuers' capability.
