Job summary

Department of Resources QLD – Bundaberg QLD is seeking a Valuer to contribute to statutory valuations across Bundaberg and North Burnett regions. You will prepare valuation reports, investigate issues, and support dispute resolution while engaging with government stakeholders and the public.

Responsibilities include delivering expert valuation advice, developing client relationships, and managing workloads to meet client service standards.

Responsibilities

• Undertake statutory, State Land Asset Management and client valuations and prepare valuation reports and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve valuation issues and contribute to dispute resolution processes.
• Liaise with government stakeholders, local government, agencies and the public to provide expert valuation advice.
• Develop client relationships and support service delivery outcomes while managing workloads to meet standards.
