Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia seeks a Senior Verification & Validation Engineer to join Adelaide-based teams delivering Defence and national security programs. You will work with seasoned engineers to verify, validate and ready capabilities for operation.

You will apply V&V expertise across domains, technologies and environments, contributing to a mature digital thread and traceability from requirements to verification evidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Verification & Validation, systems engineering, and integration within complex environments.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles applied to verification activities.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and digital engineering environments (DOORS, Rhapsody, ETM or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate V&V artefacts (V&V Plans, VCRM, ATMs and procedures).
• Plan, coordinate and execute system-level verification across complex programs.
• Contribute to the V&V digital thread with traceability from requirements to evidence.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, integration, test and project teams to achieve verification outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support continuous improvement, reviews, bids and capability development in V&V.
